Charging Port Repair

Try this first

1. 1Use a different cable and charger you know work.
2. 2Look into the port with a flashlight. Pocket lint packs in tight and blocks the plug.
3. 3Restart the phone and try again.

Still not charging?

If it still won’t charge, or only charges when you hold the cable at an angle, the port is likely worn or damaged. On many phones it’s a separate part we can replace without touching the screen or battery.
